SpringSource: Eating, Weight & Mood Disorders is a clinician-owned, boutique therapy practice and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for adults, with offices in Northbrook and Chicago and virtual care available throughout Illinois. We specialize in treating eating disorders, weight concerns, and mood disorders, and in providing thoughtful mental health support for clients taking GLP-1 medications.
We believe mental health care should be small by design, flexible for real life, and expert-led.

SpringSource is pleased to be in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO, Blue Choice, Aetna, Optum/United, and Cigna programs in our Illinois location.
We are considered out-of-network for other insurance companies, at this time.
If you have out-of-network insurance, we will gladly work with you to provide a receipt you can submit to your insurance company, as you may be eligible for reimbursement at the out-of-network rate.
We provide in-person therapy in Northbrook and Chicago, with telehealth therapy available throughout Illinois.
