Adult DBT Skills Group

Led by Alyssa Spada, MC, LCPC, this 16-week adult Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) informed group is a structured space to focus on building mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness skills. These skills can help reduce emotional vulnerability, increase skillful behavior, and support you in creating a more stable life and identity. The group is open to people of all identities.

Group held via telehealth on Thursdays at 12pm. Enrolling now for May 14th, 2026. New clients can join at the start of each module, which are approximately four weeks in length. Clients will meet with Alyssa for a 30-minute individual session prior to joining the group. SpringSource is in-network with major insurance carriers.

Alyssa Spada, MA, LCPC, is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor at SpringSource, with years of experience supporting individuals and families across outpatient, residential, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient settings. She specializes in eating disorders, mood and anxiety disorders, trauma-related conditions, personality disorders, and substance use concerns. Alyssa brings a collaborative and compassionate presence to her work, helping each client build a deeper connection to themselves, their relationships, and their capacity for healing.
